Timing is crucial when cancelling an order. First, you will want to check whether it is still possible
to cancel your order. By using our Online Order Status, you can check if your order has been processed already. If it has been processed, then it is too late to cancel the order.
If your order is cancellable, when viewing your order (order detail) you will see a link to cancel the order.
You may click that link or call our Sales Department (972)-428-5440 as soon as possible to cancel your order. Please understand that due to the high volume of e-mails received at Axion Technologies, we do not guarantee that e-mail cancellation requests will be handled in time for an order to be cancelled. Therefore, we highly recommend that you call our Sales Department and speak to a Sales Representative to cancel your order. |

If your order has not been processed (credit card charged and order printed in Axion's warehouse), you can cancel your
order without any consequences.
If your order has been paid / charged on your credit card, most likely your order has also been printed in Axion's warehouse. We cannot cancel your order after it has been printed in our warehouse.

To minimize further expenses, please reject (return to sender) the package when UPS / Fedex / US Postal tries to deliver to you. The shipping carrier will return the package to Axion.

If you order has been processed/paid, your payment will be converted into store credit. Then you will have 2 options: you may keep your store credit for future purchases (no cancellation fee) or you may request to apply your store credit to your credit card (6% cancellation fee may be applied).
