Please read the 3 order status possibilites which are important when changing
your order (check your order status):
If your order has been charged (credit card charge), it is important that you
call to change your order within 1 - 2 hours. Once we have submitted our credit
charges batch usualy 2 or 3 times daily, we can no longer void a credit card
charge. The only way is to credit back the charge which would cost Axion the
bank transaction fee + 2 - 3% when charging and crediting back. If the change
of the order was not caused by Axion wrong doing, we would only credit the
charge minus 6 percent cancellation fee.
If your order has been printed in the warehouse or pulled, it is very difficult
to find your order after it has been printed. We can not change your order
unless we find your PRINTED order and stop its process. Since it is very
difficult and time consumming to find any order after it has been printed, we
reserve the right not to honor order changes after it has been printed unless
it is an emergency.
If your order has been shipped (has tracking number) we can no longer cancel
